| How do I order Bracelets, Necklaces and Earrings by specific colors? |

| Right now our software package does not accomodate ordering by color, however we will get you want you want. After you submit your order online, just simply send an email to carol@balibaystores.com, and tell us what colors you'd like. Or you can call us, or fax us, whatever is easiest for you. Orders with no additional requests, will get a good selection of all the colors noted, except when out of stock. |

| How can I order specific sarong designs, and how do I know what colors they come in? |

| We stock 2000-3000 sarongs during the busy season, and we receive them from Bali assorted. Our website is just to show a sample of the different designs we carry. As with the jewelry, after you order online, you can send an email to us, with requested colors, and designs. Most of our customers, will say: I like the big prints in the garden design, but, please don't send me orange. We will do everything to accomodate your request. |
